Project description: In cooperation with Apollo VTS in Coevorden we have developed and produced a simple and cost efficient alternative handling system for the robotic removal systems that, among others, can be connected to CNC turning and milling machines.

A separate magazine or bumper is also necessary with a robotic system. “The Prolector” handling system offers an integrated solution for this. It is a stand-alone handling system that can be connected to any CNC machine. The products are collected and immediately placed in a magazine.

The Prolector has 2 magazines. Each magazine contains 16 crate positions. When the crates are provided with subdivisions, the products can be sorted for each position. This makes it possible to produce products for up to 6.5 hours with little human effort. The magazines are easy to move and transport. It is of course possible to provide additional magazines.

The Prolector is operated by means of a touch screen. So the operation is simple and clear. Furthermore, it is also possible to jog. This means that the X-Y-Z system can also be moved by hand.
