1. What personal data do we process?

We obtain your personal data if you provide it to us, for example in the event that you or your organization grants us an assignment, if you visit our website and fill out a form on our website, if you apply for a job and/or are employed by us, if we request a quotation from you, or if we have (telephone) conversations with you and/or e-mail contact with you. We also draw information from public sources and/or websites when necessary for the relevant purpose.

We process personal data for the purpose of our services and collaborations. Specifically, we process your personal data for the following purposes:

Providing products and services

We process personal data to comply with legal obligations and professional rules applicable to us, such as identification, data verification, administrative requirements and/or retention periods.

Applications

In the case of a job application, we receive your personal data. We retain this data for up to four (4) weeks after the end of the application process, unless you have given us express permission to retain the data longer. In that case, we will retain the data for no longer than one (1) year after the end of the application process. In that case, you make it possible for us to contact you in the future for a new suitable vacancy.

4. On what grounds do we process personal data?

We process your personal data only if there is a legal basis for doing so, namely:

1. for the performance of a contract;
2. Because of a legal requirement;
3. with your permission;
4. because of a legitimate interest.
   

5. With whom do we share personal data?

For the purpose of fulfilling the order, we may need to share your personal data with third parties. This may happen, for example, in the following cases:

1. To provide our services;
2. To meet legal obligations;
3. When engaging external suppliers such as, for example, our IT supplier.

If a third party processes your personal data as a processor of QING, we will enter into a processor agreement with this party in accordance with the requirements of the AVG. If a party is a (self-employed) processor, it is also responsible for the processing of the relevant data and for compliance with the AVG.

QING adheres to the statutory retention periods. In any case, we do not keep your personal data longer than necessary for the purpose for which we process it.

QING has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification of your personal data.
