By analyzing data, identifying growth opportunities, and continuously experimenting, you discover which improvements have the greatest impact. With a data-driven approach, you optimize marketing activities and contribute to predictable growth in lead generation and sales opportunities.

This is what you can expect from us

  • A salary between €3,515 and €5,275 gross per month based on full-time employment, which increases as you grow in your role
  • A position with 32 to 40 hours per week and flexible working hours

This is what you will do

Driven by an unstoppable curiosity, our QINGs develop intelligent and scalable automation solutions for the food industry. As a B2B Growth Marketer, you’ll ensure that market opportunities are translated into a growing stream of high-quality leads and sales opportunities that contribute to QING’s commercial growth.

Together with your colleagues, you’ll translate market insights into effective growth strategies, targeted activities, and scalable funnels. You’ll analyze which activities, content, and channels contribute to lead generation and pipeline growth, and continuously optimize based on data.

In this role, your responsibilities will include, among other things:

  • Identifying and analyzing growth opportunities within markets, target audiences, and value propositions
  • Developing and optimizing marketing automation processes focused on lead generation and conversion
  • Developing target-audience-specific distribution strategies and Account-Based Marketing initiatives
  • Setting up dashboards, KPIs, and reports to provide insight into and make marketing activities and commercial growth measurable
  • Conducting experiments and A/B tests to validate growth opportunities and implement improvements
  • Working closely with sales, engineering, and management to ensure that marketing and sales are optimally aligned

This is what you bring

  • HBO-level education and thinking skills in the fields of Business Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a comparable field
  • 5 years of experience in B2B growth, demand, or performance marketing
  • Experience developing lead generation and demand generation strategies in a B2B environment
  • Knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems, and digital marketing channels
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to work
  • A commercial mindset and a knack for positioning, targeting specific audiences, and lead generation
  • Ownership: You take the initiative, spot opportunities, and know how to turn ideas into concrete results
  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
  • An interest in technology, industry, or automation is a plus
