How we work

Sales and engineering work intensively together. This means that, together with our project coordinator, you will explore the food, agri and packaging market in search of assignments that suit you. It often happens that you work with several QINGs for one client.

As an engineer, you determine together with the project coordinator how you will deal with the customer demand for the project that appeals to you. In this way, we match the customer's request with your knowledge, expertise and development path.

You get to work

If the client agrees with our proposal, you will work on a solution under the client's direction for the duration of the project. You will have frequent contact with your manager within QING, the project coordinator. Together you will ensure that your knowledge and experience develop in the direction you have chosen.

Cool assignments, invaluable experience

You are a QING and you solve more than just a capacity problem. Our On-site QINGs add extra expertise to every project. Expertise that you possess or in which you want to develop yourself (further).

Thanks to our vast network, we can offer you many cool and varied assignments that last from a few months to 1,5 years. This not only gives you an insight into different industries, but also invaluable experience that you can take with you into the rest of your career.

UNIQUE: an immediate 3-year contract

When you start working for us on-site, you immediately receive a 3-year contract including a development plan. Whether you are a starter or ready for your next step in engineering. That is how much confidence we have in you and the plan that we will draw up with you to develop you into the person you want to be.

This is what you can expect:

Year 1: Discover

We pair you with a project coordinator. You discuss the direction in which you want to grow, both personally and professionally. Every three months, you will work on a concrete task or assignment that will bring you closer to your goals. You will gain insight into your personality, ambitions and competences. To this end, you will have access to our QING Academy and you will take tests and measurements.

Year 2: Evolve

You now know where your strengths lie, what suits you and where you want to go. We develop you further on the job with training courses and intervisions. These include external training courses, career interviews and 180-degree feedback sessions with both QINGs and your clients. The goal is to maximise your development as a person and as a professional specialist.

Year 3: Keep growing

You have made enormous strides as a person and as an engineer. Do we notice that it is time to develop you in the area of personal leadership? Then we will start a mentoring trajectory and together we will dot the i's for your development.

Or do you want to immerse yourself further in your profession and specialise? The industry really needs you. Engineers who want to improve their professional skills are very welcome.
