How we work

You will work from our office in Arnhem. There are also plenty of opportunities to work from home.

The staffing of your team changes per project. Together, we look at which expertise is needed for each issue and compose the multidisciplinary team on that basis. In this way, you always work from your own strengths and are placed in a team in which you will develop to the maximum.

Top secret innovations

If you work for us, innovation must be a real passion of yours. Our clients come to us with issues for which no standard solution exists. That is why you often work with us in secret on top secret innovations.

This is why we involve you in the sales phase of a project, so that we can incorporate your technical feedback into the negotiations and the approach to the issue.
