During the IBA 2025 in May in Düsseldorf, QING and AMF Bakery Systems presented their collaboration. Together, they are taking quality standards in the bakery industry to the next level with smart AI-driven inspection systems.

At the world's leading trade fair for the bakery industry, AMF and QING present a joint solution for quality improvement: the STAQ Quality Control System.

This intelligent quality control system runs on control software STAQ which stands for See, Think, Act by QING. Fully integrated into AMF's baking systems, STAQ helps companies deliver optimal and consistent quality.

The Vision AI-powered system enables fully automated inspection of bakery products for shape, size and surface characteristics directly within AMF's existing production lines.

A special feature of this solution is that the customer maintains complete control over the AI system. The customer determines what is important in the quality process and the system learns from their input. Both the data and the models remain the customer's property. STAQ helps bakeries improve quality, reduce waste and gain real-time insights. Without disrupting production.
