While conventional vision systems operate based on fixed rules, Vision AI analyzes each product dynamically and objectively. The Q-See System automatically adapts to variations, ensuring that quality remains predictable and measurable.

How does it work?

Q-See analyzes and detects defective products based on trained models. These models are built using predefined quality criteria, such as surface defects, shape deviations, and crushed products.

The system then evaluates the product based on several parameters and automatically assigns it a quality grade.

The system uses the generated data to generate reports. This gives you insight into actual product quality and allows you to make targeted improvements to your processes.

Tailored to your production

Depending on your product and line configuration, we can configure the system with up to six cameras, ranging from a 2D top-down view to a full 360° multi-angle product view.

The standard inspection speed is up to 1,500 products per minute. We tailor higher speeds to your production environment.

The system can be installed as:

  • Stand-alone solution for static sample inspections
  • Inline next to an existing conveyor belt or including a QING conveyor belt
  • Fully integrated into existing machines via the STAQ® Technology Package

Fruit processor improves quality consistency by 85%

AgroPhoenix, a Greek fruit processor, processes large volumes of peaches. With the goal of fully automating the sorting process, we began by defining quality criteria and training a Vision AI model for accurate inspection.

The initial implementation yielded immediate results. Following two successful seasons with a single system, production will be expanded to eight AI-driven systems by mid-2026.
