The Q-Sort System automates the inspection, classification, and sorting of products based on your predefined quality criteria. This results in a stable and predictable sorting process, independent of human interpretation, fatigue, or variations in the product and environment.
By combining Vision AI, cameras, sensors, and robotics, an integrated control system is created that brings together various technologies into a single, seamlessly functioning whole. The inspection data generated thereby forms the basis for reports, process optimization, and evidence-based quality assessment.
